We are ready for you, when and where, you feel most comfortable
Steadily and safely, businesses are re-opening all over the country as we gear up to the new “norm” of providing services in a socially distanced environment.

Whittles, as a business, is comparatively fortunate. We have the benefit of space in both our locations and so our offices are now open. The safety of our clients and staff remains paramount and we have reorganised the layout of our offices to allow for social distancing. Some staff are also continuing to work from home on a part time basis, which also allows us to more effectively control the number of people on either of our sites at any time.

Meetings
We are able to offer meetings at the Colchester offices for those clients who would prefer to deal with us in person. However, for safety reasons, these meetings are strictly by appointment only. If you require a car parking space, please check there is one available before arriving and please note that you will now have to access the office from the bottom of West Stockwell Street via Northgate Street as the High Street entrance is closed to vehicular traffic.

We are also able to see clients at our Mersea office. However as this office is smaller face masks do need to be worn and you may be asked to wait outside if there is another client on the premises.


Please remember, your safety and that of our staff remain our priority. If a virtual or phone appointment is your preference, we are very happy to accommodate this.

Thanks to video conferencing technology we can host online meetings of all sizes for our clients and contacts. Please contact your usual Whittles contact to arrange. 

Electronic communication where possible
We continue to recommend all communication with partners and staff, at least initially, is by email. All our partners and senior staff have direct email addresses on their website profiles. See Our People.
